The book has given me the necessary tools that I need to continue growing myself. I know that if I add the missing laws into my daily life consistently, I will become a leader that excels! John also teaches that in order to be an effective leader you must build relationships.

If you assume you are a great leader because you have a high title, make a lot of money and have people working underneath you, then you are mistaken.
